8 WEEK STRONG START 

"EIGHT WEEK STRONG START" is an eight week training program designed for those who are new to strength training and the gym environment. 

 

This program is designed to build your confidence and strength within the gym space while giving you a really good foundation and introduction to strength training. 

 

If you’re wanting to fall in love with the body you were born into, change the way you view yourself and level up your training  than this is program is for you.

PLEASE NOTE -  you will need to be a member of snap fitness or willing to join to complete the in person coaching. All in person coaching is done from snap fitness in Yarrawonga.  ​​​​​​​​
